42″ x 144″ used double drum dryer. Rebuilt by Buflovak Technologies. Drums are ACME Code, chrome plated, rated for 150 PSI built in 2008. Drums are individually direct driven by an Eskridge gearbox with 7 1/2 HP electric motor. Drum RPM 1 to 8. Hood with two pendulum feeds, One 7,500 CFM hood exhaust blower, 9″ product conveyors with cross conveyor, quick release steam rotary joints, end dams, pneumatic control panel, main electrical control panel.

42” x 120” used double drum dryer with chrome plated drums with cast iron drums, drums are rated for 150 psi steam pressure, drums built to ASME Code, NB #’s 4915-1 & 4915-2, dryer has stainless steel hood, drums are chain driven with a 15 hp motor, steam system with drum rotary joints, syphon pipes, condensate traps, main electrical panel. Two (2) stainless steel product screw conveyors with cross conveyor. The two main conveyors have a product sheet pre-breaking system. Stainless steel platforms.
